One question which often crops up is what is needed on the server for Active Publisher to be installed. Rather than write out a lengthy list, the easiest thing to do is to show this screenshot, captured from one of our own machines, of what is needed. There are also additional features in security which you may need. (This screenshot is from a late MooD 15 install and is under review):
To get to this page, go to your Control Panel and select ‘Turn Windows Features on or off’ and expand the Internet Information Services tab to get these options.

If you want to setup Active Publisher warm up to run when IIS app pool is recycled, you also need to install the "Application Initialization" feature shown in the screenshot above.
