Assemble a deployed deployment package

As a MooDler

I want to be able to use a deployed deployment package as a deployment package I can assemble. 

So That I dont have to build the package from scratch for every new environment it was deployed to.
Benefits Saving time on manual labour building the same deployment packages.

Acceptance Criteria 

1. Deploy a deployment package from environment A to env B.
2. Change parts of the imported things that were in the package on B.
3. Take B and assemble it again bringing along back to A.

The issue is that only the original environment where a package is assembled can ever assemble that package. I deployed a package from DEV in PROD, but have changes from PROD I want to bring back to DEV to make the environments consistent. No can do, I'll have to basically rebuild the same package in prod based on a screenshot of the one from DEV to bring it back.

  I think that's pretty achievable (development wise). We would need to experiment.

  Even if the deployed item can't be transformed into an assemble pack, we could allow you to export/import the assembly pack or something, or provide a new option to 'allow it to be reassembled'.
