User predefined zoom on opening models

As a  Solution Builder

I want the model view (look inside) to open to my chosen default zoom & and at the top of page

So That it saves time and annoyance.

Benefits save time in our modeling, improve user experience. 

Acceptance Criteria 

1. Model being open to a zoom level previous selected by the user,  possibly in settings for all models
2.  Bonus: to open to same zoom as last saved by the user. 

Customer / Originator  Most of our models/pages are A3+ portrait, so when opening them will get a view that can't be read. Every time we have to zoom in and scroll the page to the top before being able to do any work.
