Execute SAT Group Starting From a SAT

As a solution builder or solution administrator

I want to execute a SAT group starting from a specified SAT

So that when a SAT has failed, I can fix the failed SAT, and then run all the following SATs in the group without having to run them individually

The benefits are that it becomes a lot less time consuming to recover from a failed SAT in SAT groups with 20+ SATs

The acceptance criteria is that I can select a SAT in a SAT group and then select this SAT and all subsequent SATs in the SAT group (this could be from the SATs context menu)

Priority is low

  No change in MooD 16 build 32.

  This is still relevant. 

  I find myself spending an unnecessarily large amount of time manually executing synchronizers in a group following a failed SAT.

  Still not featured in MooD 16 build 57.01.
