Query Functionality to Find Elements With/Without Models

As a Solution Builder,

I want a query "where" condition that checks if the element has a model or not,

So that it is possible to find elements (of universal type) with or without a model.

The benefits are that is will be easy to detect elements with a model that should not have a model. It is possible today using a smart column with a custom function that selects directly into the MooD database tables.

Acceptance criteria is that the query builder has a "where" condition that check if the element has a model or not.

Priority is low.
