Link newly created child element to synchronizer in one button

When a button have been set to first create an element and then execute a synchronizer, it would be nice if the newly created element can be directly pulled into the synchronizer. Either as an export type set in the synchronizer, or as a 'just created' type (ala 'start from parameter') that can be set as the starting point for matrices

  I can see this being useful! I'd personally suggest best approach would be to be able to pass the newly created element in as a variable (i.e. on back of panel you can select 'the parameter' or 'current epoch' in a variable so could have an option for 'created element(s)' if the panel creates elements).

  Do you have any examples of things you tried to do (and couldn't) without this function? :)
