Drag + drop ordering, instead of just 'move up' and 'move down'

We alphabetically order all our fields in a type, so this would be great ;) Also a "Sort fields" on Definition of a type would be immensely useful ;-) May depend on your conventions though, could imagine other people sort by field type like we did in MooD BA around 2005.

I tend to sort on field type but by where it 'fits' logically. E.g. if you have a project theme with a 'Cost RAG', a 'CSAT RAG', a 'Schedule RAG' and an 'Overall RAG' I would want the overall to be at the start or end rather than alphabetical. But definitely being able to make fast changes would be useful and sorting by name or type would be a good bonus.

The pain that triggered this specific one was adding an ID field to a theme with about 50 columns, then clicking 'up' a ton of times... then realising I had to add two more fields and do something similar. And it has been a pain in the past with other areas, e.g. where you have had to 'right-click, move up' and then 'right-click, move up' again or where you have had to find the up arrow which then moves a little bit etc.

Yep! We have around 100+ fields on one of our biggest types, and had to add 15 more fields beginning with A (as in Application). That's roughly 15*100 clicks ~1500 (give or take a few). Drag'n'drop would help much here either since it would be turned into a scrolling pain instead.

Edit: Jason, could the story be expanded to include a bigger "I want"? or would that be detrimental for its success? I was thinking other sorting mechanisms like we talked about here in the comments.

@Kev is it better to have an additional story for the sorting options (by type, alphabetically, creation order etc) or lump it into comments/criteria of this story?
