Explorer bar sort order

As a user of MBA I want to be able to manually re-order elements within the explorer so that I can position them in an order which is logically more suited to their use than alphabetical, and therefore reduce the time taken to find elements when they are being used.

  We use prefixed numbers for this, don't see any issue since you can do any ordering you want in MAE, but we're not doing much modelling in MBA either. The numbering can be hidden using field values in MAE as well if you don't like them showing up.
