Faster MAE refresh

As a user of MAE, I want the page to refresh on completion of an action, so that I don’t have to refresh the entire page, taking time, each time I complete an action.
I want to do this so that the page is refreshed each time I enter a single piece of data, for example

The solution for this is normally blue pins. The current limitation (documented in another feature request) where a panel can only have 1 blue pin is an issue though, but breaking that limitation would kill this issue as well I believe. Sometimes a panel needs to react to not just an , e.g., Save button, but also an, e.g., Add new button. This would require the panel to be pinned to more things. I generally think around 3-4 blue pins would be enough to cover any situation, but an arbitrary amount would be better.

I have never been unable to do this? Usually you can set an extra action to 'and refresh the page' i.e. save and refresh, create and refresh. You could even set up a link button pinned to a timer so that the page automatically refreshes every 50 seconds if you would like to!
And as Soren says you can blue things to refresh individual panels if contents change (and I can see a use case for multiple blue pins, though you could /possibly/ create a clever joined query and pin everything to one panel). So I'm not sure what can't currently be done?
