Improved “apply panel settings” on lines

As an architect, I want the “show label” and “apply panel settings” to position the items shown, closer to the line they are associated to than they currently are.  “I often create lines with bend points, and labels are sometimes nowhwere near the line.”

  I am using MooD 15, and have not checked if this issue has been addressed for MooD 16.

  Also on MooD 15, but I also get frustrated with this. Especially since recently the label was being displayed underneath another element! That took me a while to find!

  To the best of my knowledge it's exactly the same in 16 as 15 - though it's not a big deal for me personally so perhaps I haven't noticed a change - can anyone else confirm either way?
