Responsive MAE canvas
Raised as part of user engagement in December 2018 and also spoken about at the MooD user forum in Spring 2019
The concept of responsive design was raised and we elicited two aspects of the story:
for the use of MAE pages in MooD
-The end user sees the behaviour much like a standard webpage.
-There is a fixed header section, and potentially some components are always shown that the top of the page.
-The content is able to scroll for an unlimited length, but re-sizes to width (potential solution here – maybe unlimited scroll both directions?)
-The solution designer is able to define a number of areas of the page
-1. Header (fixed presentation of text and imagery)
-2. Menu (always at the same anchor – top, left, right) – menu structure for navigation
-– define a header & Menu
-3. Define content elements.
-There may be re-use from getbootstrap.com scaffolding here.
-We are dealing with content that is automatically drawn
-Graphs
-Action panels (we might want to group these)
-Matrices
-Info Panels
-XHTML panel / Panel to allow Javascript to be used in the solution
