Static, Always Shown, No-scroll Header on Matrices

As a web user of a MooD solution

I want the header on a matrix stay visible when I scroll the contents up and down

So that I can always see the header, do not have wait for it to become visible, do not have my focus draw by the annoying and pointless animation

Benefits are better UX that aligns more with common practices

Acceptance criteria is that the header of a matrix stays visible, is not scrolled, and is not animated when the contents of the matrix is scrolled horisontally

Origin is user feedback from customers, latest is JLR

Priority is low

  This is part of what I need to complete the material design demo I created earlier. Those headers animations are so 1990s. :-D

  Soren just showed me that matrix headers stay visible when "Fixed Headers" is set to "Top only". If set to "Both" the header disappears when scrolling.

  We implemented the animation as a compromise because HTML doesn't allow fixing of both column and row headers.  We could take another look at it though, maybe web browsers have improved since then.
