Add the options that appear when you Right Click Drag and Drop e.g. "Move Here, Create Variant Here..., Connect As Variant..." to also appear in the Right Click > Tools menu.

When creating Variants of elements in a long hierarchy of elements user has to drag and drop for a long time, allowing options on Right click Tools menu would allow for the user to select the new parent (if required) or to just 'copy and paste' "create variant" in place.

  I agree this is a bit annoying however.. Did you know you can open 2 trees at once by dragging the gripper at the bottom of the explorer tree? Then it becomes easy to drag between windows?
