Copying out of view elements

We often place elements out of view to act as navigation keys or to power info panels within a view.

In MooD 16 (16.0.057) it is no longer possible to copy and paste an out of view element.  The element first has to be dragged into the viewable area before the Copy function will work.

When we are copying an out of view element across multiple views we now have additional steps to follow - move the element into the view, copy it, and then on every paste operation move it back out of the view to where we want it located.

This was not an issue in MooD 15.

As a side observation, a Ctrl-A (Select all) operation and then Copy will successfully pick up the out of view elements, although obviously with everything else in the view too.

  Hi Chris, I have logged this as Issue 11886 and the fix should be in 16 Build 57 hotfix 1

  As another workaround, ANY symbol on the diagram will cause the copy to work, so you could copy 2 symbols rather than Ctrl-A?
