Allow the first row of a matrix to be automatically selected in the web to drive a detail panel

As a Web User

I want the ability to tell a non-navigable matrix to automatically select the first row, 

So That when I visit the page, detail panels have content without me selecting a row.

Benefits The page looks populated, and from a solution builder's perspective, it was easy to do.

Customer / Originator <Source of the story> (e.g. Car Production Company A / MooD User)

  Excellent suggestion! Would be great to be able to prompt the user that the matrix can be used as a selector.

  This is also something many "modern" matrices from other JS frameworks can do.
