Navigate from a Knowledge Activated Element to a Specified Model Master

As a Solution Builder

I want The option to allow KA links to navigate to specific Model Master

e.g. in a matrix column, selecting 'Navigate to: Model Master...' overwrites the default option to open the KA document.

So That:

• I can choose whether a link exposes information related to the KA element or navigate to the Activated document in questions related to the context of the solution. 
• I don't have to created a 'duplicate' related, un-activated element in order to overcome this. 

Benefits More intuitive MBA navigation (options like 'Navigate to' are still available even though they have no effect on KA elements), reduction in work by avoiding 'duplicate' element work around. 

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Current options in MooD to 'Navigate to...' i.e. matrix columns & Ribbon (shown below) overwrite default behaviour of opening KA document.
