Controls for navigation and model masters on "group by" rows/fields the same as for columns

As a Solution builder

I want be able to restrict and control the navigation options on "group by" elements the same way information displayed in cells (by column settings).

So That I can guide users to the correct way of viewing an element or make it so it cannot be viewed when the "group by" is there just for sorting.

Benefits Improved ability to create consistent user interfaces.

Acceptance Criteria 

1. Same controls for navigation and model masters on "group by" elements as on columns.

  Seems almost like an omission that this isn't in there. You can now control navigation pretty much everywhere, so why not on group by?
