Improved matrix output in MDD
CompletedAs an Architect/developer of MooD solutions
I want matrix output when using MDD to be less clunky to work with. There are almost always tables being generated inside the table cells. This means that when I use the shrink/expand column width in Word, the content of the cell does not adhere to the formating. Also, it is nigh on impossible to get something which looks good straight out of the box from MooD - column widths are not retained and some icons are being clipped.
So That I can use the matrix rule in MDD and create an output which an end user can be expected to consume without a lot of fiddling after the output.
Benefits I can use the matrix rule in MDD...
Acceptance Criteria
- No more tables generated inside cells.
- No more clipping of icons (seems to be matrix layout dependent)
- Adherence to the "Fit to page width: False"-property (This may be a bug? No matter true or false, if there is enough content in a the matrix, it always seem to expand its fields to take up all the width and there is no adherence to the original proportions of the matrix)

Added information: If I could get this to work and produce an output which does not require a lot of fiddling around afterwards, I could cut down the effort of doing quarterly reporting "by document" by probably more than 80 % at LFV. Since quarterly reporting is done to a large extent by upper and middle management levels @ LFV to be able to deliver such an effect would be a really big win for what we are trying to accomplish.
