New Threshold: Order Pick Types Alphabetical

When creating a new Threshold (under Performance in Libraries), the list of "State pick type" is ordered very weirdly - or not ordered at all is what I'm trying to say.

It would be good to have the list of pick types ordered alphabetical.

This feature request is to make BA just a bit easier to work with.
