Resize Sources and Targets in Synchronizers

As a BA user
I want to resize the source and target panels in Synchronizer, e.g. Microsoft Excel Import
So that I can see the whole column/field name
The benefits are that it will become much easier and more reliant to connect the correct columns/fields
Acceptance criteria are that the source and target panels, when added will automatically resize to match their contents, and afterwards I can manually change the size of the panels
Priority is normal

I remember we looked at this one a while back and we're not going to implement it - the effort required is (for reasons I don't fully understand) high.
Given I think the issue is that you can't see which fields you're connecting to if you have multiple starting with the same thing, we've implemented hover-over text on field names, so you should at least see which field you're connecting to now.
Sorry that this isn't better news, but we've had to be quite strict on return on investment for our efforts to keep the features flowing.

I was just about to raise this again as a feature request when i saw this case.
Is there any way this can be implemented in some form, maybe give it a second look?
I get that it's pure QoL improvement for a solution builder, but it's pretty frustrating to work with. Especially when you have a lot of relationships on a given element type, they almost never fit in the around 20 characters limit, so you have to single step through each one and mouse-over to make sure you're mapping correctly.
