Presenting elements history in a nice fashion

As an Solution developer

I want the ability to present element history in a nice fashion in some sort of panel (on the web).

So That I can present information owners and custodians with the change history of their domains (big or small), particularly with regards to changes made on elements. I envision a format such as:

[username] [performed operation on] [element], changing [field or relationship] form [value] to [value]

e.g.

Karl Hertz edited Delivery process, changing owner from someone to someone else

Benefits ability to give increased control and transparency for information owners and custodians.

Acceptance Criteria Ability to present information on edit on element in a nice fashion. Also ability to query (underlyging) elements and give the same sort of transparancy as an overview on top level.
