Thank you for your feedback Nancy. We are currently working on implementing a new, and modern, charts library, in order to grow the capability over time. The initial release will be in late spring, however this will only implement the common charts first, but I will be sure to add sunray/sunburst to our backlog and I will update you once it has been prioritised.
In the meantime, Søren is right, you can indeed use custom visualisation to achieve different chart visualisations, but this does require someone with a good understanding of Javascript, and Staun and Stender do have this capability, if you do not have it in house.
Kind regards

This might be achievable with a custom chart.
Or others... do you have someone in your organisation who can implement this as a custom chart for you?
We might have a react developer who can do it for you at a fixed price if you're in trouble here, Nancy. Reach out and we can figure something out.

Hi, we need to be careful here with the distinction between a sunray chart and a sunburst chart.
Sunburst (which can be achieved currently using the Target chart)
Then there's Sunray (which we used to support via the 'Aztec Sun Chart', but this was removed)
This is my understanding anyway. An image from Nancy could help clarify?
Matt.

My apologies, I have never come across one of these as an automated chart before, only as presentations in PowerPoint.
This should still be possible with Custom Visualisation in the meantime. But, I cannot find an implementation of this in any chart library as an actual chart though, so I will have to do some investigation on whether we are able to offer this in the future, as a chart type.Kind regards
Jessica
