Field Modifiers
Field modifiers let you transform data as it is imported or exported. Data flows through the field modifier and is transformed according to what the field modifier does. There are many field modifiers, all of which are organized into groups according to what they modify. The groups are: String, Date, Numeric, and Collections. Each modifier's tooltip describes its purpose and the interface will guide you. MooD will not allow you to connect incompatible field modifiers to either source or target fields.
You can connect field modifiers together in a sequence. For example, you could pass a string through a Conditional Modifier and then a Before String.
A field modifier can only modify one field at a time. However, it is possible to copy and paste field modifiers and reuse them this way.
How to Add a Field Modifier
- In the Design panel at the bottom of the page, click the ‘Field Modifiers’ tab
- Select the group type of the field modifier you want to add
