The diagram is taken from the MooD 15 Measures guide (PDF). This guide is avaliable on this Support Portal. It explains measures in detail, but the diagram should be enough of a reminder of how to create a new measure.

The question "
How Do I use the Create Measures SAT?"
Remains unanswered after reading both the document and the article. So... how do I use the Create Measures SAT? :)
Also, the Create Measures SAT refers to selecting a "Measure Type" which there's no way to do since those are created inside Manage Themes.
