Performance Improvements

A number of technologies have been upgraded and/or refactored to improve overall performance, for example charts and other panels with lots of data should now render faster.

Verbose Report

Verbose Query reports have also been updated to include a breakdown of any Queries and Smart Columns, used within the 10 slowest queries, to further investigate where problems may lie.

You can find this via the cog icon on the Analysis -> Queries tabs of the Explore pane on the left.

Timings

The Timings option on the same menu will show you the timings for Queries, Matrices, Smart Columns and Charts which have been run since you started the instance of Business Architect.

Examine

The Examine window also now gives the option to see what other Queries, Smart Columns and Matrices are used in the examined query.

Show Where Used

The Show Where Used dialog now includes a button at the bottom to "Show Full Tree" which will expand the whole tree, and a "Refresh" button which will return it to just expand the first part of the tree.
